Some people are very organized and have a place for everything and keep everything in its place. Most of us aren’t like that, but then you have some that go to the other extreme and become hoarders with clutter everywhere.
Even if you don’t fall into either of those categories, there is a good reason for someone selling their home to lean more toward the organized side of things. Why is that?
When a potential buyer walks around in your home and notices a lot of clutter, there are a few things that they will automatically think. The one thought is that there might not be enough storage space for everything in the home, causing the need to have items spread out throughout your home
There is also a risk that pests such as rats or insects make the clutter their home, especially if it sits undisturbed for a long period of time.
